Registration No. 7 VC
Commission No. CT 5581 O
Engine No.
CT 5682 E
First registered 27
March 1962
The specification of 7VC is intended to be similar to the
works cars (3, 4, 5 & 6 VC) as they were from the Tulip Rally in April 1963 through to their
last event in the UK in November that year, the RAC Rally. Externally, the cars in this specification were distinguished
from the earlier events by having three auxiliary lamps - two Lucas 700's and a single 576 mounted centrally on
the bonnet. They ran on twin Weber 45 DCOE carburettors and had a number of other homologated performance improvements.

|

7VC also has some modern refinements and safety features,
but only where permitted by historic rally regulations - the car still qualifies as a 1962 TR4 historic rally car.
